DC DIGITAL VOLTMETER
Indotech Digital Power Factor Meter – Indotech Digital Power Factor Meter measures the power factor of a transmission system. This paper is concerned with the development of a digital power-factor (PF Meter) meter to replace the electro dynamic type. A new method is chosen to perform a PF measurement ; it is baaed on voltage-to-frequency conversion and counting techniques. The power factor is the cosine of the angle between the voltage and current. The power factor meter determines the types of load using on the line, and it also calculates the losses occur on it.
The power factor of the transmission line is measured by dividing the product of voltage and current with the power. And the value of voltage current and power is easily determined by the voltmeter, ammeter and watt meter respectively. This method gives high accuracy, but it takes time.
TYPE OF METER: PF METER
- Microprocessor based 3 phase and single phase Power Factor measurement.
- Meters can be factory set for different CT/PT ratios to give a direct reading.
- Three phase meters display individual phase values and also system values.
- Available for 415V(LT) and 110 V(HT) systems and for 1 Amp and 5 Amp CT secondary.
Note :
- 72×72, 96×96 & 144x144mm.
- Refer Price list for more details regarding models/ranges available.
